MarVac Electronics is not liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of profit or revenue, recall costs, claims for service interruptions or failure to supply downtime, testing, installations or removal costs, costs of substitute products, property damage, personal injury, death or legal expenses. MarVac Electronics can not issue refunds on the following items:Īny item that has been used, installed, abused, opened NTE parts, semiconductors, relays, EPROM programmers, EPROM erasers, batteries, cut wire, cut sleeving, or any other item cut to length, special orders, tools, testing equipment and freight/transportation charges.
Special Order items or items noted as "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable" are not returnable. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise must be returned to the address indicated on the RMA in original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of the original invoice date.ĭefective merchandise may be returned within 60 days of the original invoice date and need not be in original packaging. The RMA must accompany your return to ensure that your account is properly credited.
